Shipping policy

Thank you for visiting and shopping at meatsandmoreph.com. The following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.

Shipment processing time: We aim to have 100% of orders shipped based on the cut-off.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, the delivery may be delayed by a few days. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone or mobile phone.

Delivery Cut – Off:

 Order by 5pm for next day delivery.

You may select your preferred slot at your convenience and add notes for details.

Delivery Limitations: You are allowed to have a maximum of 50 pcs. per distinct item per order. A minimum purchase of PHP. 1,000.00 is required to check out. 

For some items, the limit is different. Please check the notices.

Delivery Charges:

Daily Deliveries to Manila.

Delivery delays can occasionally occur – and we will contact you if this happens.

Delivery confirmation: You will be called to confirm your order and on the day your order is due. 

Substitutions: Your picker will call you in case the item you order isn’t available. If we don’t hear back from you, we will do our best to give you the next best alternative – at a comparable price. If this isn’t available, we will deduct this from your final amount. 

Missing items: We will do our best to check & triple check your order before it is delivered to you. However, in the rare instance that there are items missing, this will be deducted from your final invoice and you will only be charged for the items you receive.

Returns Policy: Please refer to Refund Policy page, please note that the Shipping fee of return items (that are not perishable) is care of the Customer and we has the rights to reject customer claims if reasons are not valid.
